The Institute of Geography commits to equal opportunities for all employees. The Institute promotes the success of women and men in the scientific community as well as in academic studies with efficient measures for equal opportunities and different career models.

Therefore, the Institute has a commission for equal opportunities and pursues in particular the following targets:

  • Both genders are represented adequately at each level
  • Equal opportunities for women and men are actively implemented by everyone
  • The reconciliation of academic studies, job and care duties of children and elderly is made possible for women and men
  • Overall sensitization of equal opportunities

There is a suggestion box where you can deposit anonymously a problem, a complaint or a critique concerning equal opportunities.
